I had the privilege of organizing a prestigious two-month Butler & Household training program in the United Arab Emirates for the staff of His Highness, the Crown Prince of Fujairah.

The request was for an experienced, high-level trainer to deliver a comprehensive, advanced butler training on-site.

However, a challenge quickly emerged: securing a trainer of the desired caliber for an uninterrupted two-month period was nearly impossible, as these experts are highly sought after and carefully selected. Most of them are the founders of their own institutes and oversee them personally. Nonetheless, the scale and prestige of this project intrigued them, especially after my careful approach.

To overcome this, I proposed splitting the training into a series of two-week sessions. This allowed the trainees to benefit from the expertise of multiple renowned trainers from diverse backgrounds, offering them a broader and more comprehensive skill set.

I successfully secured five of the most esteemed trainers in the industry, each with a remarkable track record of working with the world's most prestigious palaces and having trained staff for royalty and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). Together with these experts, I developed a custom-tailored curriculum, ensuring that no subject was repeated across the sessions and that the trainees received a holistic education.

Key topics covered during the training included:

• High-level service etiquette and protocol

• Advanced table setting and formal dining service

• Valet and wardrobe management

• Household staff management and coordination

• Discreet and anticipatory service for VIP clients

• Care and maintenance of luxury estates and items

To enhance the experience, I created a secure online platform where the trainees could access the full program, information on each trainer, and all relevant training materials. This digital resource remains available to them, continuing to add value to their professional growth.

At the end of the program, each participant received certification from the respective institutes, marking the successful completion of their training.

This was one of my finest projects, but it is not the only high-level training I have organized with these prestigious institutes
