I was approached by a very demanding client, The office of The Crown Prince of Fujairah, UAE, with exceptionally high standards to organize a specialized training session in protocol, etiquette, and ceremonial practices in the Netherlands.
The project came with several challenges:
The training required a prestigious estate, which had to be available in mid-August for a group of 10 participants, including halal lunches and dinners.
I had only two weeks to identify and secure an institute capable of creating a tailored program.
I also had to organize relevant visits during their short 10-day trip. Thus, I had to create a custom agenda that included half-day training sessions, visits, and dinners, including an official dinner.
I was responsible for managing all logistics, including flight bookings, airport transfers, bespoke itinerary, and last-minute adjustments.
The entire organization had to be managed remotely, with an in-person visit prior to the event to ensure everything was in perfect order.
I remained available 24/7 for the entire group and the responsible from His Higness’s office.
From the initial preparation call, I ensured the process was efficient by asking the right questions, saving valuable time for my client. I carefully studied the group’s profiles, their roles, and the training's purpose to fully understand the stakes and objectives.
With this information, I created a comprehensive brief and met every requirement, despite the tight deadline. Leveraging my deep knowledge of the industry, I anticipated the needs and concrete outcomes expected from such a high-level training.
I traveled ahead of the event to inspect the location, verify details, and fine-tune the final aspects. Throughout the training, I was the point of contact and on-site coordinator, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. I also documented the experience through photos and videos.
Post-training, I created a personalized video recap and shared it with the participants, along with a satisfaction survey that I designed and analyzed to continuously enhance the service quality.
The project was a complete success. Everything ran smoothly, and His Higness’s office was unaware of the many challenges faced, as I managed every aspect efficiently and discreetly. Impressed by the seamless execution, they entrusted me with organizing all their future training sessions worldwide.
